Over twenty years in home lending and finance has given me one real advantage: I know how to find a path when the easy answer doesn't exist.

What do I bring to the table that's different from the banks or other mortgage brokers? Over the past 16+ years I've built strong relationships with lenders who know, like, and trust working with me. It also means I understand all aspects of finance, not just mortgages — I can find solutions and options that other lenders don't think of, and I've pretty much seen every situation come across my desk. I often get clients approved who were declined elsewhere, because of the relationships I've fostered and the experience I bring.

My process is well-oiled — which means quick communication, regular updates, and prompt responses, from our first conversation through closing day and beyond.

While we always aim for the lowest rate possible, there's more that goes into a good mortgage — and I'll ask the right questions to make sure we're getting you the best possible fit, not just the lowest number. If I think your bank can do better, I'll tell you. If you're shopping elsewhere, keep me in the loop so we're not duplicating work.
